I have created a course focused on how you can improve your self-esteem. The course cuts through all the fluff, including only the psychological tools that really make a difference for individuals struggling with low self-esteem.The goal of the course is to help you help yourself by offering a well-structured, step-by-step, self-help program that will take you about three months to finish.
Chapter 1 is completely free which means you can start working on it right away.
The 7 chapters self-esteem course covers these topics:

Who is Fredrik Hansson?
Psychology is my main interest in life. My childhood was rough. I grew up with a mother with mental illness and a father who was an absentee alcoholic. In school I was bullied mercilessly between ages nine and 15.
I have struggled with both anxiety and depression in my life. But with the power of psychology and the love of my wonderful wife, I have turned things around. Now I live a happy life with a good home, a decent income, a beautiful daughter and a lovely partner.
So when I say I believe anyone's self-esteem can get better I do so both as a psychologist and as someone who's self-esteem has gone from awful to quite alright. There's hope for all of us!
